Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Lumen Orchard Health Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
