Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Northwind Loom Auto Group is a El Paso company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
