Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Bright Union Health runs clinics and patient services around San Jose. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
