Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Redstone Fox Early Learning is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
