Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Redstone Ashton Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near El Paso. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
