Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Harbor Farms and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
