Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Westbrook Bridge Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Tulsa region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
