Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Stonegate Ridge Housing manages affordable housing communities across St. Louis, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
