Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Foxglove Meridian Health provides primary and specialty care in Tulsa, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
