Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Clearpath Fox Early Learning runs childcare centres in San Diego caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
