Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Westbrook Nest Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in San Jose, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
