Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Summit Basin Health runs clinics and patient services around Wichita. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
