Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Westbrook Thistle Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Oakland. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
