Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Harborlight Wren Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to proof of delivery at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support proof of delivery. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
