Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Rivermark Meadow Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Toledo, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
