Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Ironwood Maple Housing manages affordable housing communities across Honolulu. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 601 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
