Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Silverline Maple Press Group is a printer and publisher in Toledo serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 237 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to paper stock at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support paper stock. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
