Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Northwind Meadow Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Las Vegas. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
