Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Silverline Bridge Freight Group is a Phoenix logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to carrier rates at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
