Foxglove Meridian Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
