Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Highbridge Meadow Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Honolulu, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 289 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
