Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Foxglove Kestrel Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Chicago plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
