Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Foxglove North Construction Group is a Boise contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
