Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Bright Mill Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Madison. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
