Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Westbrook Cobalt Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 477 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
