Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Greenridge Keystone Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 771 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
