Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Nova West Farms Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
