Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Westbrook Timber Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Little Rock, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
