Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Highbridge Cross Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in San Jose, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
