Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Lumen Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Anchorage. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
