Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Cedar Lakeside Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Fresno area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
