Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Harborlight Willow Construction is a Savannah contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
