Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Lumen Sparrow Freight is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to dock schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support dock schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
