Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Fernwood Rook Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
