Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Redstone Vista Manufacturing Group is a Charleston manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
