Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Bluepeak Manufacturing is a Miami manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
