Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Redstone Mill Freight is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to carrier rates at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
