Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Ironwood Maple Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Fresno. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
