Redstone Fox Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
