Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Rivermark Rook Markets Group is a Charlotte retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 476 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
