Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Bluepeak Clear Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
