Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Nova Fox Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Charleston. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
