Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Highbridge Junction Manufacturing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
