Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Stonegate Orchard Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Atlanta area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
