Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Northwind Keystone Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Raleigh region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
