Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Rivermark Hollow Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Wichita, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
