Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Bright Meridian Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Knoxville region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
