Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Bright Lakeside Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Sacramento. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
