Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Nova Rook Housing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
