Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (remote)

Clearpath Cedar Health is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
